Flora Grace Pilates is located in downtown San Juan Capistrano with scenic views overlooking a peek of The Mission and mountains in the distance. The studio is equipped with a mix of modern and classic apparatus made by Balanced Body, Pilates Designs and Gratz.
Reformer/Tower Combo
The versatile Reformer/Tower easily converts to a Reformer, Tower, or Mat (mat not pictured).
Classical Wunda Chair
The Chair's simplicity in design enables smooth transitions from one exercise to the next, creating rhythm and flow in the vast collection of exercises available on this classic piece.
Classical Ladder Barrel
This is my favorite Pilates apparatus at the moment. Standing exercises can be done with the support of the rungs making this piece ideal for working on balance and flexibility.
Pilates High/Low Mats & Small Apparatus
Cushy mats are essential for a comfortable, yet invigorating mat workout. Creativity is pushed to its highest level on the mat from beginning to advanced levels with the addition of small apparatus like the Spine Corrector, pictured here.
