Owner, Flora Grace Pilates

​From 2011-2014 I completed comprehensive training in Contemporary Pilates while pursuing a bachelor degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton. I have worked with different ages, abilities, shapes and sizes, and particularly enjoy working with beginners.

In 2022 I opened Flora Grace Pilates where I decided to Journey into Classical Work.

​

 In 2024 I enrolled in the Advanced Contrology Program at Authentic Method Pilates in New York by Inelia Garcia. The program was created for certified teachers to gain a deeper understanding of the Pilates system as passed down from the legacy of Joe Pilates and Romana Kryzanowska.

Pilates continues to inspire me every day and it brings me sincere joy to share this practice with you!
