About Me
Larissa Davies, B.S. Kinesiology
​
I was originally certified in Contemporary Pilates while pursuing my bachelor degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion at Cal State University, Fullerton in 2013.
​
I began studying Classical Pilates after opening an independent studio location December of 2022. In 2024 I enrolled in Inelia Garcia's Advanced Contrology Program, continuing my studies with her in Brazil this coming July 2025.
​
I strongly believe in developing organic intuition and facilitating trust within for true mind/body connection.
Where does the name "Flora Grace" come from?

Flora speaks to my love of nature & floral aesthetic.
Grace represents:
​
- Grace and beauty of mindful movement.
- Grace we ought to extend to ourselves, undoing the pressure of perfectionism.
- As a woman of faith, God's infinite grace being a central inspiration to live life beautifully.
