Located in the outskirts of Florence, Valdirose (pronounced vahl-dee-rose-eh) is where timeless beauty and earthy elegance meet. The 19th century villa (click on their name to see photos) is a family-owned and family-run b&b situated in Lastra a Signa, Italy.
Upon stepping into this beautiful property you will notice the thoughtful
care and details that make this place so special. Each room has its own charm with collected antiques and soft, muted european linens. Delicate floral arrangements and homemade cakes for breakfast (Irene, one of the owners, is also a cookbook author) adorn the large family-style table in the veranda.
What we do:
Our schedule is season-dependent with retreats held three times per year in spring, summer, and fall.
If you have a deep appreciation for nature's calling and quiet beauty, with a longing for creative respite in a small-group community of other women, this retreat is for you.
