Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching encompasses:

 

- Properly fueling our bodies for the activities we enjoy (whole food energetics)

- Appreciation of beauty within ourselves and our environment (cultivating grace, self-compassion and thoughtfulness)

- Finding inspiration in respiration (using how we breathe to inspire inner calm and confidence)

- Developing a sustainable exercise routine that is enjoyable and non-overwhelming (a personal movement practice)

Who it's for

  • Women who struggle with consistency in their workouts and/or healthy food patterns

  • ​Women who feel overwhelmed with too many choices when it comes to exercise and need some guidance for what personally suits them

  • Women who want to meaningfully connect mind body and soul for healthy living

  • Women who appreciate beauty and wish to seek deeper inspiration from nature's cues

The committment

6-week, 3-month and 6-month options are available.
