- Appreciation of beauty within ourselves and our environment (cultivating grace, love and thoughtfulness)
- Finding inspiration in respiration (using how we breathe to inspire inner calm and confidence)
- Developing a sustainable exercise routine that is enjoyable and non-overwhelming (a personal movement practice)
