Does something (or someone) need to be complete before it becomes beautiful?

Looking back on my original post, I started with full intentions on posting part 2 shortly thereafter. But something stopped me - my work in progress did not seem pretty enough to post. Perfect enough to share in public view.

Here we are one year later - so much has happened since then and I regret not chronicling my journey more often. Do you ever experience that feeling too? When you look back on your journey and wish you had more appreciation during that time because you know you couldn't be where you are now without those tiny pebbles under your feet - those seemingly annoying nuisances that somehow kept you on your path?

I did take that larger space. At the time I wasn't quite sure how it would all work out, considering I was planning on having a robust list of clientele before contemplating an upgrade.

But doors started to open when I took those keys. I had another dream tucked away in my heart that now seemed more possible. I wanted to learn and teach a style of Pilates that required an upheaval of not just my teaching skills, but switching out equipment while adding a few new ones. The only problem was..I had to wait.

I began the tedious process of researching Classical Pilates training programs and making a wish list of equipment I wanted, not knowing how or when I was going to get them.

Fast forward to March 2024...here is a snapshot of what my little studio space has grown into.

Tell me, what is that dream tucked away in your heart? Do you think it's possible to achieve? I'd love to hear about it! Email me at floragraceliving@gmail.com and share your story!

Stay tuned for the next chapter...
